How do i book?
To schedule an appointment, kindly complete the new client form online, which is available on my homepage. Upon submission, I will contact you to proceed with booking an appointment. A $20 deposit is required for booking an appointment unless youβre getting a color service, in which case itβll be 50% of the color service cost.
Can I cancel or reschedule?
Unfortunately, there Γ₯are no refunds for cancellations due to the limited slots available. But you can reschedule once with your deposit.
May i bring guests?
Due to limited space, please refrain from bringing additional guests to your appointment. The salon is reserved exclusively for clients receiving services. For your convenience, a designated lobby area is available for additional guests.
Is there a late fee?
Both parties are granted a 15-minute grace period. If you are 20 minutes late will result in a $15 late fee. If you are more than 25 minutes late, you will be charged a $20 late fee.
Do you have extensions for purchase?
Indeed, pricing information for extensions can be found on the service page, specifically on page 3. It is important to note that all extensions must be purchased on the same day as the booking.
How long will my appointment take?
The duration of your appointment can vary depending on the service youβre receiving and your individual hair needs. The time may vary based on factors like hair length, thickness, and the complexity of the style or color technique.
What is the best way to pay for my services?
The most convenient payment method is via Zelle or Cash.
